Limited edition. Number 216 from an edition of 750 copies. Original green buckram lettered in gilt and with a sailing ship emblem on the upper board. Top edge gilt, others untrimmed. Designed, produced, and published by Christopher Sandford at the Golden Cockerel Press, London, on Arnold's grey mould-made paper in 16pt. Aldine Bembo type, with Centaur initials, designed by Bruce Rogers, and Lyons capitals, designed by Louis Perrin. With nine wood engravings by John Buckland Wright. Map at rear showing parts of New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania with the routes of some of the vessels mentioned in the Narrative. Fine.
