Los Angeles: Edward Ruscha, 1970. First edition. Small volume, 140mm x 178mm. Soft white card wraps with title printed in black to spine and upper board. Unpaginated, 48 pages, with 25 black and white plates some printed recto and verso, others recto only, and each captioned simply with the address of the property. Fine in Near Fine glassine wrapper which has 2mm wear top of spine and tiny wear along top edge of rear panel. Printed one time only in an edition of 4000 copies. A lovely copy.
