Hardback – publisher’s blue buckram binding with title in gilt to spine, text printed on India paper, with custom slipcase in blue cloth. xvi, 845pp. 9 x 6 inches approx. (228mm x 153mm). Spine sunned/faded, bumped to head. Occasional mark where a dampened finger has been used to turn a page, but generally very clean throughout. A nice, clean copy – presenting well in its slipcase.
