Second edition, in two volumes. Illustrated with 61 beautiful engravings from designs by Stothard and Inskipp. Royal 8vo. (255 mm); handsomely bound in full green morocco, super extra gilt spines, gilt tooling to sides and dentelles, by Riviere. Printed on good paper with ample margins; all edges gilt. A Very Fine copy. With coloured armorial bookplates of Sir Evan Davies Jones (1859-1949), engineer on the Severn Tunnel and Manchester Ship Canal, also noted collector of Welsh bookplates; and Oswald Lewis (1887-1966), owner of John Lewis Stores. With presentation inscription from JWK Eyton to his friend Samuel Timmins, dated 27 December 1866.
