This is an ex-library 1st edition H/Bk copy of “The Mad Mullah of Somaliland” by Douglas Jardine OBE (Secretary to The Administration, Somaliland, 1916-21) and published by Herbert Jenkins, London in 1923. There is no dust jacket. The book has 336 pages with the usual library stamps and is illustrated with numerous black and white photographs and a map of the country showing the Career of the Mullah. The book is bound in dark cloth with the title on the spine in gold. The corners and edges of the boards are rubbed and bumped and the pages have browned. A nice copy of a scarce item.
