Faust

Description

This is an undated H/Bk copy of “Faust” by Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe with 31 coloured illustrations by Willy Pogany, including the frontispiece, and published by Hutchinson. The book has 205 pages of text and there is a gift inscription on the front end paper dated 1914 but there are no other marks or inscriptions. All the illustrations are present with their tissue guards although three of the guards are loose. The binding is tight but there is some bumping to the corners and rubbing to the edges and the covers are a bit grubby. A decent copy.
